Paint engines, generators, brackets, and components according to customer specifications Maintain inventory of paint and related products Participate in keeping shop area clean at all times Routinely perform maintenance on paint equipment to assure safe and efficient operation at all times Assist in other areas as necessary Working knowledge of paint products Basic knowledge of proper disposal of paint wastes Ability to perceive and blend color shades Able to operate a fork lift and hoist Must have an internal drive for customer service and provide and elevated level of service for internal and external customers Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and apply them to daily work routines for personal safety and the safety of others.

Selects proper tools and equipment including, but not limited to, paints, brushes, rollers, spray guns, drop cloths, rags, ladders, scaffolds, tape, cleaning materials, etc Selects pre-mixed paints or prepares paints to match specific colors by blending and mixing required proportions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances Transports material and equipment to the job site or arranges for the transport of heavy or bulky items Prepares site by covering furniture, equipment and floors with drop cloths and masking doors, windows and other trim where required Prepares surfaces including cleaning, minor repair and patching of metals, wood, masonry, and polishing of finished surfaces and glazing as necessary.

Insure proper assembly and disassembly Insure proper cleaning of mechanical components Apply coats of paint on components. Ensures that security procedures are adhered to at all times Painting of all common areas and touch up may be required. Responsible to inspect areas that need paint and advice manager Properly matches colors and mixes paint Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work Maintains working relationship with building staff Completes daily work orders as scheduled Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.
